This petition has been filed to amend the punishable offences under sections 115(2), 126(2), 296(b), 351(2) of BNS and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act 2002 and Section 24 of the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizen Act instead of punishable offences under sections 115(2), 126(2), 296(b), 351(2) of BNS and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act 2002 in order dated 22.05.2025 made in Crl.OP.No.15711 of 2025.
