.. Respondents in All WPs Prayer: Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to amend the prayer as:

Writ of Certiorafied Mandamus, calling for the records on the file of the second respondent relating to the communication in Na.ka.No.AB1/32897/2015 dated 14.08.2020 for preparation of the panel of Forest Guards fit for promotion to the post of Forester for the year 2016-2017 Ref.No.AB1/32897/2015 dated 12.10.2020, Na.Ka.No.AB1/37100/2020 dated 13.10.2020 and Na.Ka.No.AB1/37111/2020 dated 13.10.2020 and quash the same with Consequent direct the respondents to include the petitioners name in the panel fit promotion to the Forester by fixing the Seniority in the post of Forest Guard in the year 2003-2004 with all consequential benefits.

Instead of:

Writ of Certiorafied Mandamus, calling for the records on the file of the second respondent relating to the communication in Na.ka.No.AB1/32897/2015 dated 14.08.2020 for preparation of the panel of Forest Guards fit for promotion to the post of Forester for the year 2016-2017 and quash the same with Consequent direction the respondents to include the petitioners name in the panel fit for promotion to the Forester by fixing the Seniority in the post of Forest Guard in the year 2003-2004 with all consequential benefits.

Order : These petitions coming on for hearing on this day, and upon perusing the petitions and the affidavits filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Ms.K.Jenitha, Advocate for the petitioners and Mr.V.Manoharan, Additional Government Pleader on behalf of the Respondents this court made the following order:- Dismissed.
