ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.62 of 2022 dated 08.10.2020 on the file of the third respondent, viz., Deputy Commissioner of Police, Central Crime Branch, Vepery, Chennai.

2. The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the matter has been settled out of Court between the parties and he has also made an endorsement in the Court bundle to that effect.

3. The defacto complainant is also present before this Court and he has no objection to quash the FIR.
