ORDER

This petition has been filed to extend the time granted for furnishing sureties by a further period of 30 days from the date of this order in Crl.OP.No.9637 of 2025 dated at 02.04.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by this Court on 02.04.2025. However, while executing the sureties before the Trial Court, it was noticed that Section 3 of TNPPDL Act, 1992 was not included in the order copy. In view of the same, the petitioner is unable to execute the sureties and also unable to comply with the condition that he shall deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- to the credit of Crime No.495 of 2025. Hence, the present petition has been filed seeking extension of time to furnish the sureties and also seeks to include Section 3 of TNPPDL Act, 1992 in the order copy.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent police.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is extended to the petitioner to execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, from the date on which, the order copy made ready.

5. Registry is directed to incorporate Section 3 of the TNPPDL Act, 1992 in the order and issue fresh order copy accordingly. 10.07.2025 nr M. NIRMAL KUMAR, J.
