(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter is settled between the parties and therefore, seeks leave of this Court to withdraw this writ petition. An endorsement is also made to that effect.

In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the interim application stands closed.
