ORDER

This petition has been filed to extend the time to comply the conditions imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.9636 of 2025 dated 02.04.2025.

2. This Court, vide order dated 02.04.2025, was pleased to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.9636 of 2025 subject to certain conditions. However, in paragraph 1 of the order copy, the offence punishable under Section 3 of TN Public Property (Prevention of Damage and Loss) Act though forming part of Crime No.495 of 2025, has been inadvertently omitted.

3. Therefore, the Registry is directed to incorporate the offence punishable under Section 3 of TNPPDL Act pertaining to Crime No.495 of 2025, in the first paragraph of the order dated 02.04.2025. Further, two weeks time is extended to the petitioner to comply the conditions imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.9636 of 2025 dated 02.04.2025, from the date on which, the order copy made ready.
