This petition is filed to modify the condition passed in Crl.O.P.No.5746 of 2017, dated 06.04.2017.

2.It is the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that while granting bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.5746 of 2017, on 06.04.2017, this Court ordered the following condition: (i) The petitioner shall furnish title security to the extent of value of Rs.1,00,000/- to the credit of crime No.376 of 2016 of the respondent police within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

In pursuance of this condition, petitioner furnished the property documents of his wife. Now the petitioner and his wife got separated and petitioner's wife wants the documents to be returned to her. He further submitted that petitioner is now willing to deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- by cash as a security.

sli 3.In the said circumstances, this Court directs the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- to the credit of crime No.376 of 2016 before the learned XI, Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai and get back the documents given as security.
