The petitioners seek a direction for early disposal of the Execution Petition in OEP No.147 of 2018 on the file of the Sub Court, Cheyyar. 1/3

2. Considering the limited prayer sought for, notice to the respondent is deemed unnecessary.

3. A look at the E.Court print out that has been filed along with this Civil Revision Petition shows that the execution proceedings have been adjourned for more than three years without any progress.

4. Considering the same, there will be a direction to the learned Subordinate Judge, Cheyyar to dispose of OEP No.147 of 2018 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of either a web copy or a certified copy of this order, which ever is earlier.

5. This Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
