ORDER

By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.The petitioner herein challenges a complaint - representation made under the provisions of Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act 2007, issued by the 1st respondent at the instance of the 2nd respondent. 3.Mr.C.Kathiravan, the Special Government Pleader takes notice for the 1st respondent.

4.Heard the learned counsel. Inasmuch as the statutory authority has issued notice for enquiry and by issuing that notice no right of the petitioner is affected, this Court considers that the petitioner has rushed to the Court one stage too early. He may now participate in the enquiry and defend the complaint against him if he is so desirous.

5.This Court now comes to know that the petitioner has also participated in 2/4

the proceedings on 19.06.2023 and the matter now stands adjourned to another date. This information makes the the entire proceedings infructuous inasmuch as he has submitted to the notice.

6.This Court only directs the 1st respondent to expedite the disposal of the petition strictly in accordance with law.
