O R D E R

It is stated by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1, 2 and 4 that as against the order of the Writ Court, Writ Appeal No.2019/2022 has been preferred and the same is pending before the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court.

2. While that being so, it would not be appropriate for this Court to parallely adjudicate the contempt petition when the Hon'ble Division Bench has seized of the matter. However, liberty is hereby granted to the petitioner to work out his remedy subject to the outcome of the Writ Appeal.

3. With the above liberty, the Contempt Petition stands closed. 02.11.2022 2/3
