ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner/accused to quash the FIR No.337 of 2024 dated 25.07.2024 registered by the first respondent police for the offences under Sections 223 and 126(2) of BNS.

2. Heard and perused the materials available on record.

3. There are prima facie allegations against the petitioner in the FIR. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed at the admission stage itself.

5. The respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and file the charge sheet within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
