This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the fifth respondent to pass final orders as contemplated under Section 145(6) of Cr.P.C. and to direct respondents 1 to 3 to take action on all the complaints lodged by the petitioner in accordance with law and to provide police protection to the petitioner concern, its employees, workforce, customers. 2.

Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record. 3.

This Court, in connection with the same issue related to the same parties, has directed both the Sub-Divisional Executive Magistrate-cum-Sub Collector, Hosur and the Inspector of Police, Kelamangalam Police Station, Krishnagiri District not to interfere with the civil dispute between the 2/4

parties, as the same is pending before the Civil Court. 4.

In view of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.19414 of 2024 dated 16.06.2025, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. .
