O R D E R

It is stated by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first and second respondents that as against the order of the Writ Court, she has preferred a Writ Appeal in W.A.No.2025 of 2022 before the Hon'ble Division Bench.

2. While that being so, it would not be appropriate for this Court to parallely adjudicate the contempt petition. However, liberty is hereby granted to the petitioner to work out his remedy subject to the outcome of the Writ Appeal.
