This Contempt Petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 28.06.2012 passed by this Court in W.P.No.16269 of 2012, later modified by this Court in M.P.No.4 of 2012 vide order dated 21.09.2012.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by Mrs.P.Kavitha, learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondents that, the order under contempt has been complied with vide proceedings in Na.Ka.No.007/A3/2013, dated 06.02.2014. Recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate, this Contempt Petition is closed. If the Petitioner is aggrieved by the said Page No.2 of 3
proceedings, it is open to him to challenge the same in accordance with law. Also, it is open to the Respondents to take the defence of laches, if it is established that, the Petitioner has already received the proceedings and not challenged the same within the time stipulated.
