PRAYER : Criminal Original Petitions filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to call for the records in Crime No.86 of 2018 and transfer the investigation in Crime No.86 of 2018 pending on the file of respondent police to some other competent investigation agency.

O R D E R
This petition has been filed seeking for transfer of investigation on the ground that there has been no substantial progress in the investigation and the necessary offence have not been added in the FIR.
2. Heard, the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the respondent police.
3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. It is made clear that the respondent police, based on materials collected during the investigation, shall incorporate all the relevant provisions under which the offence has been https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
committed and same shall be reflected in the final report.
4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
