ORDER

This application is filed with a prayer not to harass the petitioner.

2. When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent would submit that with reference to enquiry on a specific Criminal case in Crime No.188 of 2024, the petitioner's presence is required.

3. In view thereof, the petitioner shall appear one more time before the respondent police for the enquiry on 14.07.2026 and the respondent police shall complete the enquiry on the same day or if it is not possible for one more day and close the enquiry.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
