ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the third respondent to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 05.06.2024 and to pass suitable orders by not including Vada Valli "A" Village Coimbatore District in VAO general transfer list for the year 2024-2025.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.
3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 05.06.2024 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
