This application has been filed to implead the 12th respondent in this application as 13th respondent in A.No.2300 of 2024 in the above captioned suit.

Mr.M.Raju Sharma, learned counsel for the first respondent, Mr.P.R.Krishnaraj, learned counsel for the tenth respondent, Mr.Arun Karthik Mohan, learned counsel for eight respondent and Ms.Revathi Manivannan, learned counsel for fifth respondent would submit that they have no objection in allowing the present application.

3. Heard the learned counsels appearing for their respective parties.

4.Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and also taking into consideration that the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the respective respondent have no objection in allowing the present application and being satisfied with the same, the application is ordered as prayed for.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to carryout necessary amendments by 07.07.2025.
