ORDER
The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 303 (2) & 326 (a) of BNS, 2023, in Crime No.211 of 2025, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that the petitioner, who is no way connected with the alleged offence and he is ready to abide by any stringent conditions that may be imposed by this Court. Hence, he prayed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

3. Mr.R.Vinothraja, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is a habitual offender having eight previous cases and therefore, he opposed for granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
4. Recording the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that the accused person is having eight previous cases, there is no question of granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 13.06.2025 dna 3/5
