Learned counsel states that the petitioner is a senior citizen and was also unwell at the time when the writ petition had been dismissed earlier. It is for the aforesaid reasons that there is a delay of 47 days in filing the present restoration petition.

2. In light of the averments in the writ affidavit, particularly paragraph nos. 6 to 8, this petition is ordered.

3. Let Registry list the restoration petition in due course.
