O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR registered in Crime No.20 of 2023 on the file of the first respondent.

2. The first petitioner owned the property comprised in S.No.324/2 to an extent of 0.70 cent and also 5000 square feet of building.

3. When this Court about to dismiss this petition, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and also he made an endorsement to that effect.

4. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Criminal original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.

5. The first respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
