However, it is appropriate that the address as set out in the array be the registered address which, as per the Certificate of Registration is Madras Management Association, New No.240, Management Centre, Pathari Road, Off. Anna Salai, Mount Road, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600 006.

2. Hence, this Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and the Registry is directed to number the Original Side Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
