O R D E R

This Review Application is filed seeking to review the interim order passed by this Court dated 27.06.2013 in M.P.No.1 of 2013 in C.R.P.(NPD).No.314/2013.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and perused the grounds of review.

3. The only contention raised is that when the applicant was already depositing the rent continuously before the Rent Controller, a further direction to deposit a sum of Rs.1,83,625/- as a condition for granting stay is not warranted.

4. I do not think that this could be a ground for seeking review, especially, when this Court has taken note of such submission at paragraph No.6 of the order already, while passing the conditional order of stay, which is sought to be reviewed now. Therefore, I do not find any ground made out for reviewing the order already passed as the grounds raised do not fall under the ambit and purview of Order 47 Rule 1 of Civil Procedure Code. Therefore, this Review Application is dismissed. No costs.
