situated in Ilayanarvelur Mathura Vallimedu Village, Kancheepuram Taluk, Kancheepuram District quash the same and consequently direct the respondents not to interfere with the petitioner's right to deal with the stock of sand of about 60,000 units valued at Rs.42,00,00,000/- (Rupees Forty Two Crores only) now lying at the petitioner's licensed stockyard measuring 1.10.5 Hec., comprised in S.F. Nos.212/1C and 213/6, situated in Ilayanarvelumathura Vallimedu Village, Kanchipuram Taluk, Kanchipuram District.
