Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record. 2.The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the respondents to appoint her son viz., N.Raja under compassionate ground in the third respondent Circle.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner's husband worked as Wireman and died on 22.08.2001 while he was in service. Initially, the petitioner made representation dated 22.07.2004 to the respondents seeking appointment on compassionate grounds to her son. Since the same was not considered, she made another representation dated 09.11.2011 and again made representations dated 14.12.2013 to the second respondent and 17.07.2014 to the first respondent, however, the same have not yet been considered.

4.In view of the above, this Court directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representations dated 14.12.2013 made to the second respondent and 17.07.2014 made to the first respondent 2/4

and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
