Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner due to poor financial condition, he is unable to raise Rs.20,000/-. However, he would submit that the petitioner is ready to deposit Rs.15,000/- and seeks for modification.

2. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the anticipatory bail condition imposed in the order dated 06.06.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.9453 of 2023 is modified as follows:

[b] the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) directly to the Dean, Government Medical College and Hospital, Chengalpet, to enable the dean to use the aforesaid amount for the purpose of treating the alcohol influenced patients.

3. Time extended by one week from the date of receipt of copy of this order, for depositing the aforesaid amount.
