ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to file a civil suit in respect of the same cause of action. The petitioner in this Writ Petition is challenging the fraudulent execution of the sale deed by one Antony Raj, who claims to be a power agent of the petitioner's mother.

2. Recording the submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the alleged fraudulent execution of the sale deed before the appropriate Civil Court. No costs.
