When the matter was taken up today for consideration, the learned

counsel for the petitioner submitted that the clarification relief sought for in the above Writ Miscellaneous Petition has become infructuous. Accordingly prays for appropriate orders.

2. In view of the above, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
