Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition (4) the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police every Monday and Friday at 10.30 am until further orders imposed by this Honble Court in the order dated 22.09.2020 made in Crl.M.P.No.5606 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.11493/20.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. R.DINESH KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition No.4 imposed by order dated 22.09.2020 in Crl.M.P.No.5606 of 2020 directing the petitioner to report before the respondent police on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in modification of the earlier order dated 05.08.2020 made in Crl.O.P.No.11493 of 2020 directing the petitioner to report before the respondent police daily twice at 10.30 a.m. and 05.30 p.m. until further orders.
2. Today, when matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition all along.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has no serious objection in relaxing the condition imposed on the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4.
