This writ petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the undated impugned order passed by the 3rd respondent which was received by the petitioner on 21.01.2016 to quash the same and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to provide police protection in respect of the property comprised in Old Survey No.601 and New Survey No.755, Old Survey No.602 and New Survey No.756 situate at New Ward No.46, Royapuram Extension, Tiruppur North Taluk.

2. Now, almost three years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now. However, the petitioner is at liberty to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

file a fresh petition, on fresh cause of action, if so advised.

3. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No Cost.
