This petition has been filed for a direction to the Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore, to recall the non-bailable warrant issued to the petitioner in P.R.C.No.116 of 2017, dated 19.04.2021. 2.There are totally four accused persons in this case and the petitioner has been arrayed as A.1. The Court below had issued the non-bailable warrant on 09.04.2021. In view of the same, the petitioner must necessarily file the petition u/s 70(2) of Cr.PC., before the Court below for recalling the NBW by surrendering before the Court below and it is left open to the Court below to pass orders on its own merits and in accordance with law. 3.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of, with the above direction.
