The present Miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 393 days in filing the Criminal Revision case in C.A.No.236 of 2019 on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge, Salem dated 21.12.2020.

2. Mr.A.Nethra, learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection for this petition being allowed.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Revision case, if the papers are otherwise in order.
