ORDER
The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.05.2019 and pass orders in accordance with law for deleting the entry in Book-I of Registration Records relating to the sale in respect of plot bearing No.6, measuring about 1,449 sq.ft., in survey No.2/16, present survey No.2/30, situate at Aghraharam Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District, made in favour of the fifth respondent herein, in view of the undertaking given by him, which was recorded by the third respondent vide proceedings in Na.Ka.No.4810/vu/2012 dated 01.04.2015, within the time to be stipulated by this Court.

Heard Mr.R.Bharath kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, and Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4. 3.
Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the Writ Petition, the third respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.05.2019, after issuance of notice to the petitioner as well as the fifth respondent herein, and after giving opportunity of hearing to both parties, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of the receipt of a copy of this Order.
