This petition is filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, to condone the delay of 82 days in preferring the Criminal Revision Case against the order of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Salem in Crl.M.P.No.1126/2021 in S.T.C.No.121 of 2010 dated 15.10.2022.

2. Learned counsel for the respondent did not raise any serious objection and this Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, the petition is allowed.
