rna parties was signed at Chennai and that such agreement contains a clause specifying that Courts in Chennai would have exclusive jurisdiction.

2. Upon examining the agreement, the draft plaint and the affidavit, it is evident that at least a part of the cause of action has arisen within the jurisdiction of this Court. Therefore, this application is allowed as prayed for. As a corollary, the Registry is directed to number the suit, if otherwise in order.
