This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., and 05.30 p.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.15338 of 2020 vide order dated 13.10.2020. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.15338 of 2020, dated 13.10.2020.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner was arrested in some other case and now, he is in judicial custody. 4.Considering the fact that the petitioner is a habitual offender and he has been involved in many other cases, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner.
