This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned demand notice issued by the second respondent dated 03.10.2019.

2. In the considered view of this Court, there is an exorbitant delay of two years in filing this writ petition, wherein the petitioner has questioned the increase in rent made by the second respondent. There is absolutely no explanation https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

for the delay and this writ petition is liable to be dismissed on the ground of laches.

3. In the result, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
