2. Ms.A.Nethra, legal aid counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection for this petition being allowed.

3. Sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Accordingly, the delay is condoned and the petition is allowed.

4. The Registry is directed to number the Criminal Revision, if it is otherwise in order.
