The present Miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 306 days in filing the appeal against the acquittal judgment passed in Spl.S.C.No.88 of 2019 dated 29.08.2023 by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Special Court for Exclusive Trial of cases SC/ST (POA) Act, villupuram.

2. Mr.V.S.Sivasundaram, learned counsel for the respondents vehemently opposed for allowing this petition.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Revision case, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the case for along with Crl.A.No.1141 of 2023 after two weeks.
