This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.7324 of 2023 in CRL.O.P.No.9575 of 2023 dated 25.05.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in a month i.e., 1st day of English calender month at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
