Heard the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and the Learned Government Advocate for the Respondents Nos. 1 to 4.
2. This Writ Petition is filed to deploy surplus Teachers working in Kalaivani Aided Elementary School, Gudiyatham, Vellore. The Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents/Educational Department, takes notice.
3. When the matter is taken up for consideration, the proceedings of the Regional Educational Officer, Gudiyatham, in Na.Ka.No.900/A1/2019, dated 16.07.2019 has been produced. According to the said proceedings, nine surplus Teachers working in Kalaivani Aided Elementary School, Gudiyatham has been transferred to various schools.
4. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
