O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents forthwith release the sale deed Doc.No.P25/2022 dated 14.06.2022 executed and registered by the petitioner pending on the file of the 2nd respondent.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the official respondents. In view of the consent expressed by the learned counsel appearing for either side, this petition is taken up for final disposal.

3. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner is the owner of the property. The petitioner presented the document for registration, but the document was kept pending on the file of the 2nd respondent vide Document No.P25/2022. However, till date no orders have been passed. Hence, this writ petition is filed with the aforesaid prayer.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in the absence of any restraining order, keeping the petitioner's document pending is not sustainable. However, it would suffice, if this Court issues direction to the 2/4

2nd respondent to conclude the proceedings and release the document as there is no restraining order, within a time frame fixed by this Court.

5. Considering the limited request made by the petitioner, this court is inclined to direct the 2nd respondent to conclude the proceedings and release the document No.P25 of 2022, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment.
