This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.6900 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.5999 of 2023 on 11.05.2023 to report before Special Court for Essential Commodities Act Cases, Coimbatore, once in a week, i.e., on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the Special Court for Essential Commodities Act Cases, Coimbatore, on 1st & 15th working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
