O R D E R The petitioner herein has filed the present Contempt Petition to punish the respondent for wilful disobedience of the order passed in W.P.No.32991 of 2023 dated 07.12.2023.

2. When the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that order passed by this Court has been complied with and pleaded to close the contempt petition. He would also submit that on earlier occasion, viz., 25.10.2024, the bailable warrant has been issued against the 1st respondent, since the order has been complied with and the 1st respondent has been retired from service, the bailable warrant issued against him may be called.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Special Government Pleader that the order passed by this Court in the Writ petition has been complied with and the 1st respondent has been retired from service, the present Contempt Petition is closed and the bailable warrant issued against the petitioner is recalled.
