ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 02.01.2024, passed by this Court in W.P.No.35398 of 2023, thereby directed the respondent to permit the petitioner to retire from service with all attendant benefits which is applicable to the petitioner.

The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied vide the order dated 30.09.2024 passed by the respondent. He also produced a copy of the order dated 30.09.2024 before this Court. 3.
