ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that on the complaint given by one Anju, petition enquiry is pending. 2.

The police cannot keep the complaint at the stage of petition enquiry for long without registering a regular case. 3.

Under such circumstances, interim anticipatory bail is granted to the petitioners for a period of two weeks from today and they shall report before the respondent police daily at 6:30 p.m. for interrogation till then. In the meantime, the respondent police shall either register a case or drop further action. 4.

In the event of arrest, the petitioners are directed to be released on interim bail on each of them executing a bond for Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) without sureties to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer.

Call on 13.06.2018 for reporting compliance. On the said date, the respondent police shall file a status report as to the stage of investigation.
