This Court by order dated 25.08.2022, directed the petitioner to take private notice, but the proof of service has not been filed and one more opportunity was given to the petitioner to surrender before the Trial Court, and adjourned the matter on 09.09.2022.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not surrendered as on date and he is going to surrender on 14.09.2022.

Therefore, the petition for suspending the sentence passed against the petitioner is dismissed.
