ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that in respect of the claim of the writ petitioner, now a vacancy arises on account of the transfer of one Smt.M.Reka to another block.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2, also made a submission that the case of the writ petitioner will be considered by the competent authorities in the arising vacancy. The said vacancy aroused with effect from 04.05.2022 and the case of the writ petitioner will be considered in respect of the said vacancy.

3. This being the submission made, the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to consider the case of the writ petitioner on merits and take appropriate decision as expeditiously as possible.
