Crl.OP.No.18172 of 2019 N.ANAND VENKATESH, J The learned counsel for the petitioner has brought to the notice of this Court that in the petition and order in Crl.O.P.No.18172 of 2019 dated 11.07.2019, it has been wrongly mentioned as Judicial Magistrate, Tiruchengode instead of Judicial Magistrate, Namakkal. Hence, the case is posted today under the caption "for being mentioned".

2. Accepting the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, prayer and para No. 1 of the order dated 11.07.2019, in Crl.O.P.No.18172 of 2019 shall be replaced as follows:

Prayer: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, praying to direct the first respondent police to investigate the case in Cr. No.153 of 2019 dated 12.03.2019 and file a report before the Judicial Magistrate, Namakkal in accordance with law.

Para No.1 This petition has been filed directing the first respondent police to investigate the case in Crime No.153 of 2019 dated 12.03.2019 and file a report before the Judicial Magistrate, Namakkal within the time fixed by this Court. ".
