Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to recover only one third of actual monthly pension of the petitioner towards the personal loan and the recovery of excess payment made by the respondents inadvertently to the petitioner and to release the two third of the monthly pension without any deduction and not to withhold the pension amount illegally, to direct the respondents to give proper account of the pension and the Dearness allowances arrears and the amount recovered for the excess payment made till date and to direct the respondents to pay compensation for the violation of right to life under Article 21 of the Indian Constitution by depriving the monthly livelihood of the petitioner.

Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel petitioner fairly submitted that due to efflux of time, the relief sought for herein has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.
2. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
